1) Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

  • RGA has a 48-hour (2 day) rescheduling/cancellation policy.
  • All booking fees and any advanced prepayments are non refundable but may transfer if the appointment is rescheduled/cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Booking fees are applied towards the total cost of service.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to extremely bad weather without penalty.
  • There are 2 rescheduling allowances per appointment. A new booking fee will need to be paid after these allowances are depleted.
  • RGA will not adjust prices or stay longer due to the client’s lateness for any reason.
  • 50% of the service(s) will be charged for cancellations under 24 hours.
2) Tardiness
  • No Call/No Text/No Show: Your appointment will be automatically cancelled after 10 minutes and the booking fee and any prepayments will NOT transfer and are non-refundable.
  • A no-show is a client that does not arrive for their appointment, after 10 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time and with no notification provided of any delay in arrival – you are considered a NO SHOW. Your booking will NOT be refunded.
  • In order to be able to receive the full Royal Glow Experience, the full allotted time given for the appointment will need to be utilized.
  • If you are 10 minutes late or more and have not called or texted, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
  • Understand that arriving late will result in less time being allowed for services due to your tardiness. No extra time will be added.
  • However, if Royal Glow Aesthetics is at fault for not being able to start at your appointment time, a credit or extra time will be applied towards that or your next appointment.
  • RGA will not adjust prices or stay longer due to the client’s lateness for any reason.
  • Please be mindful of Atlanta's traffic. Extra time will not be added due to traffic and the same tardiness policy applies. 
  • You will be blocked for excessively showing up late. If you are 10+ mins late to 3 consecutive appointments this rule will apply.

3) No Child Policy

  • RGA loves family, however, for liability and safety reasons we do ask that you do not bring children and/or other guests who are not receiving a treatment to your visit.
  • This includes waiting in the lobby. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4) Providing Services to Minors Policy

  • Because our services are considered a form of skin treatment, we require clients under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who can sign a consent form, before services can be rendered.

5) Length of Hair to be Waxed Policy

  • Be sure to have at least 2 weeks of hair growth before your first service.
  • Your hair needs to be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice.)
  • If your hair is not long enough for the service to be performed, your booking fee will not be refunded.

6) New Guest Arrival Recommendation

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are a new client, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete new client paperwork.
  • All clients must sign client intake form and waiver in order to be seen.
7) Late Arrival Policy
  • If you will be running late for your appointment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may have to reschedule your appointment due to the fact that clients are often booked back to back.
  • If we do need to reschedule your service(s) they will be subject to a same-day cancellation fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • If you are arriving late to an appointment for multiple services, we will gladly provide as many of your scheduled services as possible in the remaining time we have available.
  • Please be mindful of your appointment time and the timeframe for cancellation without incurring a fee.

8) Other Policies:

  • Cancellation fees are not waived due to COVID-19. As soon as you feel an inkling that you are unwell you should CANCEL to avoid late cancellation fees.
  • The owner reserves the right to turn away or refuse to service your appointment should there be any inclination of the COVID concerns.
  • You are responsible for the remaining fees of the services booked the day of your appointment. Please book exactly what you intend to pay for, cancel services as needed prior to 48hrs.
  • Cancellation or No-show fees WILL NOT be used as credits toward future appointments, so please do NOT ask.

  • The booking system will not allow you to reschedule your appointment after 48 hours/2 days (to the minute). The appointment is locked in at this point.
  • RGA reserves the right to refuse to perform a treatment/service based upon professional assessment.
  • RGA will not be held liable or responsible for any personal items lost or left behind.
  • Service pricing is subject to change at the owners discretion.
  • Gratuities in cash are appreciated.
  • All booking fees are NON refundable. Once services are completed there will be NO refunds for any reason! 

By booking a service with Royal Glow Aesthetics (RGA) you agree to all of the aforementioned terms. Completion of booking services is confirmation of agreement with the above policies.
